Belinda Career over the past two decades has included high-performance sales, coaching, and strategy.

Her true passion lies in empowering everyday Australians to build long-term wealth and security through property.

As a Property Strategist and Coach for the past 13 years, she's guided hundreds of individuals and families to confidently take action and invest wisely—many of whom have gone on to purchase multiple properties and refer others because of the care, transparency, and trust I deliver.

Her career began in National sales and events, where she led multi-state teams, worked with CEOs, and mastered relationship marketing. 

This foundation sharpened her ability to connect, educate, and convert—in both B2B and B2C settings. 

Since pivoting into property, Belinda has embraced a mission-driven approach: to be not just a sales consultant, but a mentor and partner in my clients' financial journey.

Over her Property Coaching Career, she has successfully led membership growth, delivered national investor webinars, and worked closely with brokers, builders, and developers across Australia. 

Specialising in translating complex property economics into everyday language, using tools like cash flow spreadsheets, market insights, and tailored investment plans. 

She thrives in environments where I can bring energy, education, and empathy to every conversation.

With a strong corporate background in administration, she has since expanded her expertise into digital marketing, email campaigns, market analysis, and data insights.

For our team & working side by side with Belinda, Sam is often the go-to for social media and marketing support.

When it comes to admin Client questions, Appointment changes, Property enquires , she’s the person to speak to. 

She truly is our Mission Control, ensuring that both our team and our clients are always supported and on track.

On a Personal Level: 

• Passionate about food and wine — especially Pinot Noir from the Yarra Valley her favourite region
• First met Belinda over 16 years ago at a Toyota work function dinner
• Bonded over hours of conversation about marketing fundamentals
• Later joined Belinda’s marketing company in the motor marine industry

Proven practical and technical experience/expertise in the property construction/development cycle, with first home buyer,  high-end custom home, medium-density and apartment block developments, complemented by a strong background in engineering and project management. 

Adept at guiding clients through the property acquisition and construction process, leveraging keen market insights and negotiation skills. 

Committed to empowering individuals to achieve their property goals through tailored coaching strategies, ensuring a thorough understanding of market dynamics and investment opportunities.
